Dhanvee Panchmatiya

Dhanvee is a Chartered Accountant, Lawyer and Commerce graduate with extensive experience in wealth and investment management.

As Head of Business Development at Benham and Reeves, India, Dhanvee’s role is to provide valuable information to support potential buyers in their purchase decisions and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards. She delivers efficient structures from a legal and tax savings perspective to give the most optimum return to the buyer. Along with participating in marketing activities, Dhanvee enjoys interacting with leaders and experts of different industries and professional intermediaries, which gives her great inspiration and exposure.

In her free time, she has a keen interest in learning about foreign culture and history as well as reading non-fiction books.

Mayanka Shah

Mayanka has extensive experience working in international markets and has a postgraduate degree in marketing and sales from the University of Cape Town, South Africa and an undergraduate degree in business and finance from the University of Durham, UK. Over 15 years in her career, Mayanka has gained experience in luxury retail, hospitality and real estate sales. As a Real Estate professional, Mayanka has strong interpersonal and networking skills, including working with high-net-worth clients and building channel partner relationships across India. Mayanka is self-motivated, and in her free time, she enjoys swimming, watching movies and travelling.

Shivani Pawar

Shivani started her career in Real Estate after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mumbai. Working for various notable Indian property developers for six years, she has gained experience in direct sourcing of sales leads, developing new opportunities and converting potential into sales. Shivani has many transferable skills useful for transacting business with Indian investors who also like to invest in London property. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at events, travelling, dancing and keeping fit by practising yoga.

Rebecca Paul

With a degree in psychology, Rebecca’s empathic skills set her in good stead for knowing what our clients want and being able to guide them in all their property dealings. In her previous roles, Rebecca worked in upscale real estate environments, assisting potential buyers to secure the best possible outcomes for their investment portfolios. She has also picked up good skills in strategic business development and marketing. In her spare time, Rebecca has an intellectual interest in understanding human behaviour and enjoys travelling to discover new places.

Gautam Nowlakha

As Head of Sales in Mumbai, Gautam has many years of investment experience across different business disciplines. Wearing two hats simultaneously, while he has been developing his professional career, he has also been an active investor in the UK property market. Having gained a master’s in finance and a degree in electronic engineering, Gautam possesses key analytical skills gained while working for some of the biggest energy trading companies for over a decade, where he learned effective risk management and trading strategies. These skills come to the fore when assessing the right type of UK property investment for our Indian clients and managing their mature portfolios

Fatima Khan

With an MBA in marketing and a bachelor’s degree in management studies and marketing, Fatima has several years’ experience working in communications and digital marketing, gained mainly in the real estate sector. Since graduation, she has cultivated good cross-cultural communication skills and expertise in social media marketing and management, design and content creation, content writing and e-marketing for international residential and commercial property. In her spare time Fatima enjoys travelling and creative pursuits such as writing poetry, reading fiction and rock painting.

Meet our Delhi team

Sushant Ohri

With a Master’s degree in International Business from the University of Strathclyde, UK, and an MBA from his studies in India, Sushant has over 10 years of international business experience in real estate markets across the UAE, India and South Africa.

As Business Development Manager for Benham and Reeves Delhi region, Sushant has broad experience of business development in emerging real estate markets with expertise gained managing HNI portfolios in varied asset classes and challenging world economies. He has also managed international portfolios for investor clients in GCC regions and has worked with key property developers such as EMAAR and DAMAC.

Being an extrovert, Sushant enjoys interacting with people and building enduring business relationships. An avid traveller, he loves to explore new locations and try out different cuisines. He is also a keen sports enthusiast and movie buff.

Ruchita Singh

With an MBA in Marketing and International Business from the Army Institute of Management and Technology, Greater Noida, Delhi, Ruchita began her international business career as an intern in e-media, ed-tech and consultancy services. Here, she gained expertise in sales, client management, acquisition, customer relationship management and sales lead management.

Outside of work, Ruchita enjoys volunteering in social service and cares about human resource fundraising and empathy management. She is passionate about sports and has won various badminton medals and certificates. She is a certified gold medallist in district-level boxing championships. An extrovert by nature, Ruchita is curious to learn new things and stays on top of trends that can help our Indian clientele.

Shivam Verma

After graduating several years ago as an Engineer from Bansal Institute of Engineering and Technology (BIET) Uttar Pradesh, Shivam acquired experience working in the information technology sector. After securing an MBA from IIMS Pune in marketing and international business, he has been working in the real estate sector for over five years. Shivam assists the leadership team with HNI management clients and develops residential portfolios with channel partners in Delhi/NCR.

A keen sports enthusiast, Shivam enjoys playing cricket and snooker and swims for relaxation and general fitness.

Rohit Rawal

Ten years working in sales and business development across retail, telecoms and the banking sector in India and more recently in Dubai, have enabled Rohit to add vital entrepreneurial skills to his natural instinct for business. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from IMS, Ghaziabad (India) and an MBA in Marketing from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland and broad experience in the banking industry working with high-net-worth investors and large corporations, Rohit now focuses on identifying and expanding opportunities for the buying and selling of international properties to our India client base in Delhi. A natural extrovert, Rohit enjoys interacting with people and likes to travel and play badminton in his free time.
